The ERSO 1205 FB Automatic Electric Full Bleed (Gutter-Cut) Business Card Slitter is designed to cut down business cards with full bleeds from a 12-up format with gutters between the cards.

This model allows you to produce 12 full color 2" x 3.5" business cards from an 8.5" x 11" sheet with a simple two-pass operation. First pass cuts an 8.5" x 11" sheet into three 3.5" x 8.5" strips with a 0.125" (1/8") gutter between the strips and then second pass cross cuts these three strips down to finished 2" x 3.5" cards with a 0.125" (1/8") gutter between the cards.

The infeed stack allows keeping up to 50 pages of 14 pt /310 g/m2/ paper and cutting at a speed of up to 400 business cards per minute.

  1. Perfect cuts and adjustable infeed to accommodate different types of material thickness and width.
  2. Semi-self sharpening cutting blades ensure years of operation without sharpening or replacement.
  3. All shafts are installed with BOST-BRONZ OIL-IMPREGNATED SINTERED BRONZE BEARING which has a self-contained oil supply and provides a uniform, protective film over the entire bearing surface.
  4. Updated (significantly) reliable Urethane bottom friction feed which catches any types of paper.
  5. Adjustable paper guides allow easy set up for customized needs.
  6. Easy cut for any type and any thickness of paper, including glossy paper and even cardboard, plastic, laminated product, double sheets (glued), UV coated, etc.
  7. Maintenance kit included.
  8. Precisely made (by a CNC machine) Solid Steel Frame.
  9. Tolerance for finished business card size is ±0.005". No curve cards. Clean cut.
  10. Finished product is accurately stacked into special boxes.
  11. The bleeds (margins cut off) drop on the bleed tray and final product is clean.
  12. Powerful 1/10 HP motor.
