Warranty Policy

ERSO guarantees that all manufacturing processes are rigorously checked, 100% comprehensively tested and the specifications comply with what is stated. If an ERSO product, within the warranty period and under normal use conditions, malfunctions due to deficient manufacturing process or raw materials, ERSO will provide full maintenance or exchange service.

ERSO provides a one (1) year Factory Warranty for all parts and labor.

Our product slitter blades come with a two (2) year Extended Warranty.

Customers will not be notified about changes to the warranty terms and period, so we advice product purchasers to carefully read the product manual or contact the product sales outlet, or dealers, to confirm the warranty’s expiration date. The warranty period starts from the day of purchase.

ERSO reserves the right to make all final decisions at its discretion.

The applicability of this warranty does not include product damage caused by unnatural external causes. If any of the following situations occur, the product is not covered by ERSO warranty:
- damage caused by accidents, vandalism, misuse, unauthorized disassembly, natural disasters or   power problems;
- all products purchased through distribution channels unauthorized by ERSO Company;
- the product maintained or disassembled by unauthorized technical personnel;
- if the warranty label, product serial number or tamper label is modified, damaged or unclear.

ERSO warranty only applies to the consumers who have purchased our company’s products through legal sales channels.

Post Warranty Service

We guaranty up to 5 years of post warranty service for all parts and labor.

Limitation Clause

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser who owns the ERSO product. The warranty is a non-transferable right.

Return Policy

At ERSO we want you to be satisfied with our merchandise.

If you are unhappy with any product you purchased from our catalogue, return it to us within 2 weeks for a refund under following return terms and conditions:
- returns must be received by us within 14 calendar days of customer delivery;
- returns must be in resalable/as shipped condition;
- for all regular orders, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling;
- items returned due to an error on our part will be replaced or substituted (for another product of   your choose - price difference charge applies) at no additional shipping cost;
- the product exchange based on a customer error or preference will incur shipping costs;
- ERSO will not pay for the item to be returned, unless specifically authorized by us. ERSO will only pay   return shipping for defective items or items sent in error;
- returned special / custom orders are subject to a 25% fee;
- all special and custom orders require prepayment prior to placing the order;
- special / custom orders may only be returned due to functional defects, which must be reported   within 3 days of receipt;
- special and custom order returns must be specifically approved by Company;
- closeout items are sold "as is". We do not allow returns on closeout items.

ERSO always provides excellent customer service and technical support. If there is any problem with our product, even after all warranties have expired, we will give you our best instructions on how to fix it. Once the warranty expires and you need any part for replacement, we will ship it to you at your cost along with the instructions on how to complete the repair.
