The ERSO 2405 MC Professional Automatic Electric Business Card Slitter is designed to produce 24 business cards of 2" x 3.5" per page from 11" x 17" stock with a simple two-pass operation. First pass cuts an 11" x 17" sheet into eight 11" x 2" strips and then second pass cross cuts these 8 strips down to finished 2" x 3.5" cards (3 cards per strip).
The infeed stack allows keeping up to 60 pages of 16 pt /350 g/m2/ paper and cutting at a speed of up to 400 business cards per minute.

- Perfect cuts and adjustable infeed to accommodate different types of material thickness and width.
- Semi-self sharpening cutting blades ensure years of operation without sharpening or replacement.
- All shafts are installed with BOST-BRONZ OIL-IMPREGNATED SINTERED BRONZE BEARING which has a self-contained oil supply and provides a uniform, protective film over the entire bearing surface.
- Updated (significantly) reliable Urethane bottom friction feed which catches any types of paper.
- Adjustable paper guides allow easy set up for customized needs.
- Easy cut for any type and any thickness of paper, including glossy paper and even cardboard, plastic, laminated product, double sheets (glued), UV coated, etc.
- Maintenance kit included.
- Precisely made (by a CNC machine) Solid Steel Frame.

Tolerance for finished business card size is ±0.005". No curve cards. Clean cut.
- Finished product is accurately stacked into special boxes.
